The Origin of Glass Meridian

Glass Meridian began as a quiet obsession—one bassist, one studio, and a singular goal: to create a vast landscape of instrumental rock built not just to be heard, but to be played with.

These aren’t background tracks or aimless jams. They’re structured, expressive compositions—each one a complete musical idea. Inspired by the emotive power of guitar legends like Steve Rothery and David Gilmour, the songs are cinematic in scope, yet rooted in the pulse of classic rock. They’re shaped with care—melodic arcs, time signature shifts, moody textures—designed to pull you in and hold your attention.

What started as a way to challenge and inspire my own playing became something much bigger: a toolset for musicians everywhere.
